How to Make Bookings?

Booking your appointment with us is easy and convenient. You can choose from multiple options:

  • Online Booking Form: Visit our website and use our user-friendly online booking form.

  • Online Web Enquiry: Have a question before booking? Use our online web enquiry form.

  • By Telephone: Give us a call, and our friendly staff will assist you in booking your appointment.

  • In-Person: Visit our clinic in person to schedule your appointment.

To ensure smooth operations and provide you with the best service, we kindly ask that you arrive at the clinic 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. Please note that punctuality is crucial as our treatments cannot be rushed. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust your treatment or apply a relevant cancellation fee.

Our online booking system also allows you to easily manage your appointments by canceling or rescheduling them.

In cases of non-attendance without prior notification, we may need to restrict your ability to book appointments online and charge a cancellation fee.

What is Our Cancellation Policy?

We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment, the following charges apply:

  • Consultations: $50 cancellation fee.

  • Pre-paid packages: The treatment will be forfeited.

  • All other treatments: 50% of the appointment value.

Please be aware that we may charge a 50% deposit for all injectables treatments, and these deposits are non-refundable. We understand that individual circumstances can vary, so feel free to get in touch to discuss your situation.

What is Our Refund Policy?

While we are not obligated to provide a refund for changes of mind, you may request a refund if a product or service:

  • Has a problem that would have deterred a reasonable person from purchasing it.

  • Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be fixed promptly.

  • Does not meet the specific purpose you requested, and the issue cannot be rectified within a reasonable time.

  • Creates an unsafe situation.

Please note that treatments, services, and service packages are not transferable to other individuals or clinics. Proof of purchase is required, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or circumstances.

Is CQ Skin COVID/Flu Safe?

We prioritize your safety and well-being. When attending your appointment, we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for all. Here's what you can do:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact details (mandatory).

  • Answer honestly to any triage questions at booking or check-in (mandatory).

  • Attend your appointment alone to facilitate safe social distancing.

  • Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment if you are new to the treatment, or just 5 minutes before if you are repeating a treatment.

  • Reschedule your appointment and stay home if you exhibit any symptoms or signs of illness.

Clients who do not comply with these requests may be asked to reschedule.

What Data Do We Collect About You?

Your privacy and data security are paramount to us. When you become a client, we will ask you to complete a Patient Registration Form to gather essential clinical information. This information includes personal data such as your name, address, contact numbers, and email addresses.

We use this information to keep you updated on new services, confirm your appointments, and provide important pre and post-care information. Your personal and medical data are securely stored in accordance with AGPAL accreditation requirements. We may also keep a copy of your ongoing cosmetic treatment plan.

To help us keep you informed, please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details, such as name changes, address, mobile number, and email.

Can I Use Multiple Gift Certificates at One Appointment?

You can use one single gift certificate per appointment. If you use a certificate and there is still a balance on it, please note that it is not transferrable to another appointment and will be forfeited. Specific treatment vouchers are not transferrable to a dollar amount and can only be used on the specific treatment named on the voucher.
